OUR BUILDING HISTORY:
Curt began a career in building in 1982 and has had experience in nearly all types of construction. The wide-ranging background includes a myriad of roles for a large property management company, to supervision of a framing crew for both single-family and large multi-family dwellings. For over 30 years he built thousands of new homes for families in the Central Ohio area.
He first served his customers as a Lead Superintendent, then as a Construction Manager. In the later role he was responsible for 40+ construction employees and each of their individual job sites throughout the Greater Columbus area. Under his leadership 5,500 homes were built and closed and his team proudly maintained a customer satisfaction rating of 98%. The homes built by his team were always on time and under budget.
In 2013 Curt directed his skills towards a new role to oversee luxury custom homebuilding. With his guidance the pure custom homes built by he and his team have included projects valued at nearly $2 million dollars.
Curt has found tremendous reward in working with thousands of new home buyers. His seasonable and attentive approach is valued by his customers. He pursues each assignment with the same integrity and never losses sight that the house is a home for his customer, regardless of their budget.
